World Autism Day 2026

In het kader van World Autism Day hebben Pon Fit en Belonging at Pon Bianca Toeps uitgenodigd voor een bijzondere lezing. Bianca is auteur, fotograaf en blogger. Als ervaringsdeskundige zet zij zich in voor een realistischer beeld van autisme, onder andere met haar boek Maar je ziet er helemaal niet autistisch uit.

In april is Bianca in Nederland voor de lancering van haar nieuwste boek: Autastisch. Op 2 april spreekt zij bij ons over neurodiversiteit op de werkvloer:

• Leusden: Nederlandstalige lezing van 12:00 tot 13:00 uur bij Pon's Automobielhandel (zaal Downunder in de kelder). Neem gerust je eigen lunch mee voor deze 'lunch & learn'.

• Amsterdam: Engelstalige lezing van 16:00 tot 17:00 uur in Move (zaal Race). Na afloop is er tijd voor vragen en bieden we een drankje aan.

Let op: er is een beperkt aantal plekken beschikbaar, dus wees er snel bij, vol=vol.

Kun je er fysiek niet bij zijn (of kijk je liever op afstand)? We proberen een livestream te faciliteren zodat je online kunt meekijken. Ook worden de sessies opgenomen om op een later moment terug te kijken. Reserveer hier je ticket voor één van de opties (fysiek aanwezig zijn op één van de locaties of online mee/terugkijken).

To mark World Autism Day, Pon Fit and Belonging at Pon have invited Bianca Toeps for a special keynote. Bianca is an author, photographer, and blogger who, drawing from her own experience, advocates for a more realistic understanding of autism, as seen in her book But You Don't Look Autistic.

Bianca will be in the Netherlands this April for the launch of her new book, Autastisch. On April 2nd, she will visit us to discuss neurodiversity in the workplace during two sessions:

• Leusden: from12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at Pon's Automobielhandel (room Downunder). Feel free to bring your own lunch to this 'lunch & learn' session in Dutch.

• Amsterdam: from 4:00 PM to 5:00 PM at Move Amsterdam (room Race). This English session includes a Q&A and drinks afterwards.

Please note: seats are strictly limited and will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.

Unable to attend in person (or would you prefer to join remotely)? We are working to facilitate a live stream so you can watch online. The sessions will also be recorded for later viewing.
